They told us walk ins are welcome. ONE TIME! Need a refill on a prescription. Nope. You must make an appointment and then wait weeks for that appointment. Primary care physician doesn't mean anything. If chosen for that position in your life you would think they would read the file and be notified of your tests and updates on your health. Not true. Like a meat market, it's a first come first served. When our Primary care was asked for appointment she said "wow, I haven't seen or heard that name in years. " when in fact we have been there many times. So the fact is Primary Care is an insurance term not someone who is your go to when you need them. I wonder who is keeping track of one time walk ins. Someone is. Skip this place.

I used to like NorthShore. The Dr's and staff were proactive, calling to tell u to set your annual physical, putting in the lab orders without prompting. So very helpful THEN.

NOW, get to the front desk, get told all the reasons why I cannot get my lab work done. I didn't set an appointment this is encouraged as a walk in, the doctor the didnt put your order in, did you ask them to do this?

All of this bad customer service along with price tag increases that are more expensive than northshore ever was, I wouldn't recommend this health care system anymore. I thinks it is time for me to find new ppl too.

I went in for blood in my urine and had my urine tested by this facility. They gave me a preemptive antibiotic while my results came back and my experience during my visit was overall very positive. However, the experience turned sour when I was called back the next day. They said that my culture came back negative for bacteria, that they recommend stop taking the antibiotic and that I should follow up with my primary care doctor. I was still peeing blood! The following day (2 days after my visit) I got results on MyChart that mentioned my white blood cell count was elevated slightly. I called back in as that can be a sign of infection. They told me there was nothing to worry about and that I should follow up with my doctor. I expressed concern since my problems were worsening and they again said I should follow up with my doctor (which, I had made an appointment for the following week). 2 days later, I was in the ER with a massive UTI being monitored for sepsis. While anyone with common sense can determine this facility made the wrong call, every doctor that heard my story in the hospital also agreed!

My children have both received care quickly here. My one child was able to receive labor and a cr scan within an hour or so of being seen. Er would take forever. Kind staff. Def a good place to go.

Stop!! Stop !!! do not go there. I was charged total of $ 500 after insurance!! They charge exuberant facility fee billed as a hospital service and a provider charge. In addition the $15 arm brace was build at $200. Not sure what is Endeavor business model? definitely not building a long term relationship, will be looking to move away from my primary care doctor who is in Endeavor network as well.

The dude at the front desk is very robotic and inhuman. He wouldn't let me use the regular urgent care service because I mentioned work in my explanation. Instead, I would have to wait 2 hours to be seen when I only needed a tetanus shot. He wouldn't let me go any other way other than through workers comp even though I asked for the regular treatment. I'm not coming here again. What an unbelievable waste of time.

Do not go here. They told me that I had a long 1 hour -2 hour wait. When I asked if they would take my blood pressure to see if I should just go the Er, they stated they couldn't and that if I felt that bad that I should just go there. I told them that I would feel better if I saw my blood pressure to make that decision and they refused. They said that I did not have a visit and how did I expect to walk in and get treatment without paying for a visit. I told her " Im just asking you to take my blood pressure to make sure I am okay to leave". I thought you were supposed to make sure the patient is stable before driving in traffic to the ER and potentially causing an accident or dying on the way. FOR PROFIT instead for the patient. Do not recommend.

Will never go here again. The charges for this facility are exorbitant. Received 2 bills for a STREP TEST visit, over $700- one of which was the highest and just for USING the facility, not the doctor or test. The doctor was nice - but different immediate care is a quarter (literally) of the cost. Will never go again.
