The lady over there was so unfamiliar with men beard styles. What should i say know, I visited there for haircut and beard trim. Haircut was okay and beard trim was terrible. She is literally saying me back that I should have shown her photo. I seriously showed her that photo hairstyle for 3-4 times all over haircut process. She did not charged Me for beard trim but she made my style terrible and I can’t even go the party where i was invited.

Went in on 01/05/2025 saw “walk ins welcome sign” and when i asked for a haircut I was told that they were too busy to get me in even though there were 3 stylists sitting around doing nothing. too bad would have liked to try them out.

I have never posted any review for any type of establishment in my life (positive or negative). But I have to say I was blown away by my haircut experience. Crystal gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I have been cutting my hair the exact same way since I was in high school and it has never looked better than this! Crystal did a great job and she was very kind and extremely fun to talk to. Will definitely be coming here for every haircut from now on and they will be more frequent as well!

My first 2 experiences were great. My 3rd was so so. This last time deterred me from ever going to Lady Jane's again. Got my haircut by an older woman. I asked for a line in my hair to emphasize where I part it. This is a haircut I've been getting for 8 years at different barber shops and salons. She told me that will cost $10 extra. This is something that takes a typical barber 10 seconds to do. Never once been charged extra for that ever, not even at lady jane's. She went on to not cut my hair how i asked. Instead talked about "making the top even" and ended up cutting it shorter than I wanted it. I wanted to keep the top at the length it was when I walked in and cut the sides only. She had cut my hair one other time and it wasn't what I wanted. Unfortunately she was the only person there. Since the haircut I want would now be $35, I'll go back to my old barber now. Thanks

I've never had a worse haircut experience in my life. I told the lady that I wanted a basic haircut but she was adamant that I let her cut it how she wanted. For some reason she did a hard top part even though I don't want to style or put any products on my hair besides shampoo. Like SERIOUSLY HOW HARD IS IT TO DO A BASIC HAIRCUT!! Now my hair looks absolutely messed up and everyone I talk to agrees and keeps asking me where I even got it so they can avoid the place. When I tried calmly to tell her that I didn't want her to remove too much of the top near the sides, she GOT REALLY MAD AND STARTED YELLING at me because I asked for a 3. I would expect any decent barber to fade it starting with a 3 but she didn't even try to fade and just used it all over the sides with no skill whatsoever. Her attitude was absolutely terrible and I felt extremely uncomfortable around her the entire time. She made me sit there for over an hour while I had to deal with her constant barrage of questions. When I said something she didn't agree with like how I wanted to keep my hair down or that the haircut was just 'okay', she would get mad at me all over again. I felt like I was under interrogation and all I wanted to do was run away from there as fast as I could. Even the other barber with blonde hair who was working on someone else noticed there was something wrong. I don't ever leave bad reviews but this one was undoubtedly needed. I've never imagined this kind of treatment before. In fact, it was more like harassment than anything. That lady needs to get fired and this whole place should close down if this is how they normally treat their customers.

Worst experience and worst haircut. Paid 22.00 for a haircut, shampoo, hot towel, hot lather neck shave, neck and scalp massage, I got the haircut and shampoo. When stylist was done my hair was sticking up in the air. I was told I had a cowlick in a place I never had one. Asked to have top cut short it was left too long. Stylist seemed rushed to get to next patron. I stopped going there over 5 yrs ago, figured I would give them a second chance. There will be no third chance. Very unhappy with the service
