I have mailed a check twice using the envelope that came with with the remit to address showing. The envelope was sent back stating it was unable to be delivered. I called there office they told me they didn't know why it was sent back I had to go to the PO that they couldn't help me. I have taken it to the post office for them to send it directly from the PO and put a tracking on it. Its been in transit to destination for 4 days. If they would like there bills paid maybe they should have there online payment option working so we can just pay with card. I refuse to be sent to collections over $170.00 that I have been trying to pay for Months now.

Turn this company into BBB.org and USPS for mail fraud every time they try to scam money out of you. If enough people are being double billed then a class action suit can be filed. They don't answer their phone, bill insurance over a year late, are told they contractually cannot bill the patient and yet they still bill fraudulently. This is what happens when you outsource.

These guys are double-billing us, and we've caught them in the act! My wife had a procedure done back in April 2015 and we got a statement from our insurance company showing that the procedure was paid for. Several months later, we got a statement from this company saying we owed them $128. We called them out on it and "re-billed" us for $15 about 4 months later. A few months later, we got another bill for $18.50. A few more months later, another $15, and so on and so on.

Just yesterday, we got another bill for another $15, and we called them out on it again. The lady said "let me set that all to $0" just like that, no questions asked.

This company is seriously trying to make some side money with poor book keeping practices.

Got a $211 bill from 2019! Called my old insurance who called this billing department - BOTH of them (on record) said I was covered and insured and my own insurance reaffirmed that I wouldn’t pay a bill.

Well, four months later I’m apparently not? Still got another damn bill. Screw this place!

Couldn't agree more with all the other reviews. The bill and the website don't match. The website looks like a high school project from 1994. You have to be very persistent to get the bill paid. Once I got in contact with the operator (after 3 weeks) paying was fine.

These people have attitudes when you call them. They get frustrated with you if you just ask for clarification of something or for understanding of why they are billing your insurance but won't accept payment from them. What is the point of billing your insurance then? Customer Service is horrible.

This is the worst billing agency I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is not even minimal; to the point of being disrespectful and condescending. Their payment process is not efficient. What a sorry excuse for any type of business you think your running. I had to give a star for this to post 🙁

I received multiple statements, even months after I had already paid. It seems like they are either trying to double bill or have a horrible organizational structure. I’m guessing it’s probably both.

Be careful and keep a good record of your statements and your payments.
