Randy, and his crew, from Randaire are very professional. When they came into my home to inspect my heating unit, he gave us a no pressure quote for a better unit. When we decided to upgrade our unit, he and his crew came out to install it.
They were very professional, and polite. When I got home from work that night, I couldn't tell anyone was ever in our home, except for the fact that our heating unit was working better than ever.
They were very clean, and I couldn't tell anyone had performed any work in our home. We refer Randaire to all our friends.

Randy & the Randaire team were on time, worked efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up any mess that was made. They installed a new AC unit for our office building and helped replace some outdated thermostats. Jacob was especially helpful as he explained in detail what was happening and how they were going to accomplish each task. Will definitely be using them for all our future AC needs!

Randy and his team did an amazing job on our heat pump installation! We had multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and Randy's quote made the most sense. It was a challenging job in our old home. We had a non-working old HVAC that needed to be demoed out and fully replaced. Randy's team came in and demoed the old system, replaced all our ductwork and installed a brand new Bryant 4 ton 38MURAQ48AA3 with matching 40MUAAQ48AA3 fan coil and ecobee thermostat. He and his team were very professional and always cleaned up after every day of work. The city inspector was also very impressed by the installation calling it one of the top 10 installs he has seen! Overall we are very happy we went with Randy and his team. Randy is very personable and easy to reach if we have any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Rand Aire Mechanical!

My office HVAC was not keeping up in the Summer / Winter and I turned to Google to find someone to service our equipment. Rand Aire was highly rated online and Randy was quick to come out and quote me on a system tune up as well as redoing previous tenant’s jerry-rigged ductwork. Randy and his team installed all new ducts for supply and return as well as new registers to replace the incorrect sized that had previously been in place. They also took the time to balance each office correctly. The finished result has been better than we expected. We now get even heat throughout the offices and are excited to see how it performs in summer. I highly recommend Randy and his team.
