It has been well over a year since my ongoing trouble with this water dist new mgr. When all other entities are opening up , they are still locked down and doing business behind closed doors and this is a community water dist. They are now threatening customers with legal action that will place them in a position to lose their homes . And they limit our ability to contact them and work out these difficulties . All of this is in addition to the blatantly fraudulent billing practices that have only began when this new mgr came on board . Before this change occured I had no problems in my 15 years doing business with the dist. Not even one star for their intentional abuse of this community . Time to go to court to expose their shady practices .

I have had nothing but trouble with the new management of RCWD . When dealing with them in person they are rude and arrogant i i ve had nothing but headaches with my bills , i have replaced all my piping and most fixtures and they still charged me for 95000gallons for one month . Im fed up they dont dont deserve the one star they also shut off my water during the pandemic and made it so i could not stay sheltered and safe . Placing me at greater risk , and i i have underlying health issues, as do both of those who live here .

Not a very friendly place at all..they desk help has ur water turned off even after arangements have been made..the tells the younger staff to go and remover the meter which belongs to the owner of the properly..she orders peoples water to b turned off during the covid..while she gets free water..she is the only employee that gets free water..why is this.? She yells at the public and hangs up on them when she doesnt want to or not educated enough to answer any question..where did this lady come from? She is not fit to run a water company..she just showed up 3yrs ago and started taking things over without even knowing the law..the Rand water company needs a full investegation..and this lady needs to understand what the privacy act is..she goes around talking about the residents water bills and letting her friends take home the private files of residents and has stolen money..she refuses to let people she dont like even have water..even when there children in the home and elderly with medical conditions..this company needs to be fully federally INVESTAGATED..the county needs to step in and take this company over..if has also been reported that she makes her employees double the numbers when reading the water meters for people she dont like while she gets free water and she just lets her water run down the road..thls is the first time in history since the water company has opened that any employee has ever gotten free water..she has also been known to tell some people that she doesnt like that they will never get any water in her town!! She has been known to tell people that some people owe HER 10,000$ for a water bill..this is ridiculous!! And saying she will never let them have any water..please someone step in and help this poor town..their is less then 100 people in the town..this town does not belong to her..she was kicked out of the last town she was in for doing the same thing..every 5 yrs she has to move from town to town because of her illegal acts..the town needs her to leave and move on to her next victims..she now has a puppet working at the water company and she is staying home giving orders because the town has had enough of her lies and manipulating ways..but just as well..she needs to b investedgated..if anyone can help this poor town out..please do so

There's no way to describe the amazing knowledge, friendly helpfulness, and the pure strength of the lovely intelligent people in this small gem of a community and the wonderful businesses they have here in this spectacular, and tiny close knit town, nestled in the beauty and vastness of nature as far as the eye can see.
