Today was my father's first time here & loved how well the clinic treats him. Unfortunately we aren't a fan of the BAART PROGRAMS Rehab facility next door. Their patients are rude, uneducated POS verbally attacking me.HONESTLY I am disappointed in how two facilities share a small parking lot. My father is amputee on both legs & obviously we use handicap parking,but these rehab druggies park on BLUE ZONE GRIDS without any consideration of how my father is going to enter his car. If this is an ongoing problem someone will get sued

I’ve tried making an appointment with this clinic for 3 months but they keep canceling on me. I have had my insurance since March 2024 but now it’s June and I still haven’t seen a doctor. My rating is based on the lack of care this clinic has provided. I was getting ready to leave for my appointment today but I decided to call to make sure that it was still scheduled. When I called, they told me it was scheduled for another two weeks!!!!! They never called or sent me an email of this reschedule. I’m supposed to see a doctor to help me, not bring me more stress

Dr. Rawls did not treat me appropriately and there hasn't been a proper follow up with resolution with her conduct nor has the issues been resolved. Furthermore, I continue to have difficulty with getting through to the clinic with any type of inquiry.

I have since switched doctors now for about a year who has treated me much better and together were able to resolve certain medical conditions.

However, the inability to get through or simply communicate with the clinic remains with being on hold or drop calls, and when I required assistance with an emergency and do get through, I was misinformed on how to get treatment. When I went in person I was given more troubling information on how to proceed with the delicate matter that did not seem appropriate given the circumstances. I understand that the clinic is busy, and errors occur, as long as we are able to identify and make appropriate adjustments to resolve or mitigate any issues. I continue to wait for appropriate resolve for the issues I have raised.

I love the Rand Schrader Clinic at Los Angeles Medical Center, formally LA USC.... I've been a patient since 2014... But I must confess...I am not a fan of Security. Why is security like going through a TSA screening at LAX? And just because it's a real camera does not mean NO Cameras allowed.. of that were the case . No cell phones allowed... The posted policy is "No Photography, No Video and no Cell Phone filming on the premise." If security is going to be such a headache.. at least be trained on the correct policy. It's one thing to make me dispose of a $1 lighter... It's on another level to tell me I can't bring inside a $1200 Nikon... it's a camera, it takes pictures just like every cell phone in every single person's hand.. does that mean Cell Phones are noy allowed in the. Building Common sense? am I wrong?

First of all since this place is on the campus of LAC+USC medical center. They are very strict just like the hospital is, they won't allow you to have any lighters in the building or any kind of weapon. The security guard enforces the policy. Since I am a smoker I thought it best to warn others regarding this policy.

This is my clinic ? I'm very happy with my doctor and nurse, but I hope they stop changing the clinic stuff and nurse, I been going to this clinic since 1994 love the first Dr. Thati has them as soon as I get use to them they lived, well I think my sychaetrys is good too and in the same building thanks to all of them putting up with me ?
