Been a long time patient of Dr Rand and Dr Todd and cant say enough good about them. McKenzie picked up my phone call, and just like that, I realized I wasn’t alone. I had McKenzie, the entire office staff, Nurse Rita, and both of my doctors (Dr. Kleinman and Dr. McClain) standing right behind me in my corner. In the midst of all that chaos, they were there supporting me, encouraging me, believing in me, and rooting for the comeback of TEAM BECCACIO! Their support, dedication to my treatment, and the top-notch service they provide are absolutely priceless!

From day one, everyone has been so kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. Mr. Bell and his wife are completely down-to-earth and genuine, and they helped me navigate through a rough patch during the COVID-19 epidemic. Mr. Bell worked his magic and turned me into a lifelong client. Honestly, when I see negative reviews, I don’t understand them. Everyone’s experiences are different, but mine has been nothing short of exceptional and the utmost supreme!

I have unique and complex needs when it comes to my treatment, and Nurse Rita has gone above and beyond for me every step of the way. She jumps through hoops to make sure I’m taken care of, and I’m so grateful for her unwavering dedication to my requests and needs. The same goes for Dr. Kleinman. I know I’m not the easiest patient—I’m demanding and require a lot of attention—but he’s always been there for me, guiding me, advising me, and tailoring my treatment to ensure I get the best results.

Right now, I’m not where I want to be physically. I’m at 28% body fat and 45 pounds overweight—the heaviest I’ve been in over 10 years as a competitive athlete. It’s hard to look at where I am compared to where I used to be, but I know I’ve got the right team that believes in me and my success. With their guidance and support, along with my new coach’s workout plan, there’s no question—I’ll bounce back faster than ever.
