Needed a trailer hitch for a bike carrier. Called around and priced out. $100 less than some other private owned business, $15 more than U-haul. Went because it was the closest to me. Dropped my car off said they could start on it tomorrow morning. About an hour later or so, got a call. Hitch installed! Awesome price! Awesome service!

Great experience & price! They got me in last minute for a hitch install for the best price I’ve seen in the area. Great customer service & cute friendly dog. They were fast & efficient and I was out of there in 30 min. I will be coming back

Kathie went above and beyond for me. My truck is so new, they didn't even manufacture a hitch/tow kit for it. She was adamant about getting this done, and made all the calls to the right people to get it manufactured for me. Was very communitave during the entire process. As soon as it came in, she gave me the heads up. I took my truck in, and 15 minutes later it was done! It took longer to get the part then to install it. Thanks a ton for all your efforts!!

If you ever need to rent a truck, this is the place. Everything is quick and easy. If you're more utilitarian and don't care about a brand new truck, skip the Penske rentals, and rent from their own fleet (if they have the availability). Their own fleet trucks are ~30-50% cheaper than the Penske rentals (albeit, they are older trucks).

Kathy was a delight, and her dog Harley is adorable. Kathy made everything as quick and as simple as possible. Nothing but good experiences across the three trucks I rented from here, for my large move. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

What an awesome experience! With bikes and bike racks selling out quickly all over because of the pandemic, I was hoping to find a place that had them, and I was thrilled to find out about River Rand Auto! My wife’s co-worker recommended them to get a hitch & bike rack set-up, and it was great they had them in stock! I scheduled an appointment for the next day and was in and out under 30 minutes! Kathy is awesome, she is super friendly and knows a ton since she has been doing this for a long time. If anyone needs a hitch and/or looking for a bike rack at a very reasonable price, look no further!

I've been going to River Rand for years. They are so friendly and professional and they almost always have a van or truck available to rent even on weekends and holidays. I've never found an auto rental with better prices then River Rand. They fact that they're family owned makes it all the better. I would highly recommend this place!
